When we dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3pm GMT or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays. A full list of UK public holidays is available at gov.uk.
How we ship
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service provides:
- End-to-end tracking
- Estimated next working day delivery to most UK mainland addresses
- Tracking number emailed once dispatched
- Signature not required as standard
Remote UK addresses (Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland) may experience delivery in 2–3 working days.
Cold chain packaging
All peptides are packed in insulated mailers with appropriate cold packs to maintain temperature stability during transit.
Lyophilised peptides are significantly more stable during shipping than reconstituted solutions. Brief temperature fluctuation during transit does not typically affect lyophilised powder integrity, but products should be transferred to correct storage conditions immediately upon receipt.
Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no indication of the contents or the sender on the outside of the parcel. The return address uses a neutral identifier.

Standard shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £3.99. Free on all UK orders over £50.
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 working days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail. Royal Mail defines a parcel as lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, we will resend your order or issue a full refund at your preference.
