When we dispatch
Orders placed before 6pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 6pm GMT or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays. A full list of UK public holidays is available at gov.uk.
How we ship
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service provides:

Remote UK addresses (Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland) may experience delivery in 2–3 working days.

Standard shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £3.99. Free on all UK orders over £50.
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 working days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail. Royal Mail defines a parcel as lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, we will resend your order or issue a full refund at your preference.
