UK Peptides ("we", "us", "our") operates ukpeptides.org. By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this website or place an order.
2. Research use only
All products sold by UK Peptides are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are research chemicals, not medicines, not food supplements, not cosmetics, and not veterinary products.
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research use
- You are not purchasing for human consumption, self-administration, or administration to any other person or animal
- You understand these compounds are not licensed medicines and have not been approved by the MHRA for human use
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing on behalf of a registered research institution
UK Peptides reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where misuse is suspected without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age or research credentials at any time. Orders may be cancelled if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4. Product descriptions and purity
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and purity specifications are accurate. All purity figures are based on third-party independent laboratory testing using HPLC-UV and mass spectrometry. Certificates of Analysis are provided for every batch and are accessible from each product page.
Purity specifications apply to the specific batch referenced by the Certificate of Analysis. We do not guarantee that future batches will achieve identical results, though all batches must meet our minimum ≥98% HPLC purity standard before dispatch.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 3pm GMT on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 from Manchester, United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimated only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
All peptides are shipped in insulated mailers to preserve cold chain during transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to transfer products to appropriate storage immediately upon receipt.
7. Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the requirement to maintain cold chain integrity, we do not accept returns of opened or used vials.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided:
- The vial is unopened and the seal is intact
- The product has been stored correctly since receipt
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting returned goods.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
UK Peptides makes no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claims in relation to any compound supplied. All product descriptions are provided for informational and research context only.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, UK Peptides shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from misuse of products
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss
- Any harm resulting from failure to follow storage or handling instructions
- Any loss arising from delay or failure in delivery by Royal Mail
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of UK Peptides. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
