In short
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing here is a medicine and nothing may be used in or on humans or animals. You must be 18 or over. You keep all of your statutory consumer rights, including the right to cancel unopened orders within 14 days and to reject faulty goods.
This summary is for orientation only. The numbered clauses below are the terms that actually apply.

2.About these terms
These terms govern the supply of products by us through ukpeptides.org (the "Website"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before ordering — particularly clause 3, which sets out the strict basis on which we supply, and clause 11, which limits our liability.
Our Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Information and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. If there is any conflict between them, these terms take precedence, except that nothing in any of them removes your statutory rights.
3.Research use only — the basis on which we supply
By placing an order you represent, warrant and confirm, on each occasion, that:
- you are purchasing solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research;
- you will not consume any product, administer it to yourself, to any other person or to any animal, or supply it to anyone who intends to do so;
- you understand these compounds are unlicensed and unapproved for human use;
- you are 18 or over and are a researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation;
- you accept sole responsibility for safe and lawful storage, handling, use and disposal after delivery, including any COSHH or institutional requirements that apply to you;
- you will not resell or re-supply any product in a way that presents it as fit for human or veterinary use.
These representations are a fundamental condition of sale. We may refuse, cancel, suspend or refund any order at our discretion where we reasonably suspect misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms. Where we cancel an order for this reason and you have paid, we refund you in full.
4.Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or over to order. We may ask for proof of age or research credentials at any time and may withhold dispatch or cancel and refund an order where eligibility cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction. We supply to United Kingdom delivery addresses only.
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your credentials secure, and for activity carried out under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authority.
5.Products, purity and Certificates of Analysis
We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions and specifications are accurate. Purity figures come from independent third-party laboratory testing by an accredited independent laboratory Bioanalytics, using HPLC-UV for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, and apply only to the specific batch identified on the corresponding Certificate of Analysis ("CoA").
- A CoA is available for each tested batch and is linked from the relevant product page and from our lab reports registry.
- Purity is batch-specific. We do not warrant that different batches will produce identical analytical results, though every batch we release meets our stated minimum of ≥98% HPLC purity.
- Product images are illustrative. Minor variation in packaging, labelling or presentation does not constitute a defect.
- Lyophilised material may appear as a cake, powder or film, and may shift in the vial during transit. This is normal and is not a defect.
How we test, and what we reject, is described in full on our quality and testing page.
6.Price and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are those displayed at the time you order.
- We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and no VAT element is recoverable from our invoices.
- Delivery is £3.99 per order, and free on orders of £50.00 or more. The total, including delivery, is shown before you confirm.
- Payment is by UK bank transfer through Fena's Open Banking flow. You authenticate directly with your own bank; we never receive or store your card or banking credentials.
- Orders are processed once payment has cleared and been confirmed to us.
- Title to the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full.
Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, we are not obliged to supply at that price: we will contact you before dispatch, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
7.How a contract is formed
Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch — not when you place the order and not when payment is taken. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
8.Dispatch, delivery and risk
- Orders placed and paid before 6pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same working day from Manchester, United Kingdom, via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Delivery estimates are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our reasonable control.
- Goods are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs. You are responsible for transferring them to correct storage promptly on receipt, and for inspecting your order without undue delay.
- Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a person you have authorised to accept them.
- If nobody is available and the carrier leaves the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour at your instruction, risk passes on that delivery. Cold-chain deterioration after a delivery you were not present for is not something we can control or accept liability for.
Full details are on our shipping page. If an order does not arrive, tell us and we will investigate with Royal Mail and either resend or refund, as set out in the Returns & Refund Policy.
9.Cancellation, returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy sets out your cancellation and refund rights in full and forms part of these terms. In summary:
- You may cancel an unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and receive a refund.
- Once the seal on a vial is broken the cancellation right no longer applies, because these are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection reasons — regulation 28(3)(b). This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
- If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace or refund at our cost.
10.Your legal rights as a consumer
11.Our liability to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of the statutory terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from any use of a product other than lawful in-vitro laboratory research;
- we are not liable for misuse, human or animal administration, or unlawful use of a product by you or anyone you supply;
- we are not liable for loss arising from failure to follow storage, handling or safety guidance;
- we are not liable for business losses. If you use the products for any commercial or research purpose, we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of research output or opportunity;
- our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the price paid for that order.
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
12.Your responsibilities and indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURYXRESEARCH LTD, its owner, officers and staff against all claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misrepresentation of intended use, or any use, supply or administration of a product by you or by any party you supply, other than lawful in-vitro research. This clause does not apply to anything caused by our own breach or negligence.
13.Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including carrier failure or industrial action, severe weather, power or network failure, epidemic, fire, flood, or acts of government. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timescale or, if the delay would be substantial, allow you to cancel and receive a full refund.
14.Intellectual property
All content on the Website — text, images, logos, branding, page design, our research library and the presentation of certificates — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your own research reference. You may not copy, republish or reuse our content commercially without our written permission. Third-party trade marks and cited literature remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and citation only.
15.Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or to place fraudulent orders;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or launch any denial-of-service or other attack against the Website;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data except as permitted by our robots.txt for legitimate search indexing.
16.Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, email admin@uk-peptides.org with your order number and what happened. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim to resolve them within five working days, telling you if we need longer and why.
We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you may seek free independent advice from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133), and you retain the right to bring court proceedings.
17.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
18.General terms
- Severability. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
- No waiver. If we do not insist on strict performance, or delay in enforcing a right, that is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and will tell you if we do. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- Third parties. These terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the documents referred to in them are the entire agreement between us in relation to their subject matter.
19.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the Website at the time you place your order, so changes apply only to future orders and never retrospectively to a contract already formed. The version number and review date are shown at the top of this page.
