Process

Synthesised, sealed, sent for verification.

Peptides are synthesised under GMP-grade conditions, lyophilised, sealed and shipped to an independent analytical laboratory. Only once we receive a signed certificate of analysis is a batch released to the catalogue.

    Synthesis

    Solid-phase peptide synthesis performed under GMP conditions at an audited partner synthesis facility. No in-house synthesis — we never ship material we wouldn't use ourselves.

  2. 02

    Lyophilisation

    Vials are lyophilised, sealed under nitrogen, and assigned a unique lot number for full traceability. Stored at -20°C immediately after filling.

  3. 03

    Independent testing

    Every lot is independently tested by Janoshik Analytical or Aspen Bioanalytics using HPLC-UV and mass spectrometry. Any lot failing to achieve ≥98% purity is rejected and never dispatched. The signed CoA is linked directly from the product page.

    Dispatch

    Orders placed before 3pm GMT ship the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 from Manchester. Peptides are packed in insulated mailers to maintain cold chain in transit.
