About the Adamax peptide
Adamax is a research-vendor analogue of Semax, the Russian heptapeptide Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro built on the ACTH(4-7) fragment. The commonly listed sequence is Ac-Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro-Ala-Gly: Semax with an N-terminal acetyl group and a C-terminal Ala-Gly extension. It has no PubChem record, no CAS number and no published studies of its own, so the literature below concerns Semax. We sell it as freeze-dried powder in a 5mg vial, for laboratory research only.

Adamax in the research literature
There is no literature on Adamax. It has no PubMed entry under its own name, no PubChem record and no CAS number, and vendor pages disagree on its structure: most list Ac-Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro-Ala-Gly, some quote 1,032.2 g/mol, which fits no Semax-derived sequence, and some describe a C-terminal adamantane group. What exists is the Semax literature, and only by analogy.
Semax, ACTH(4-7)-Pro-Gly-Pro, was designed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Dolotov and colleagues (2006) measured its binding in rat basal forebrain and its effect on brain-derived neurotrophic factor protein. Filippenkov and colleagues (2020) read the transcriptome of rat brain after ischaemia-reperfusion with and without the peptide. Gusev and colleagues (2018) is a Russian-language clinical report on Semax, which is registered in Russia as nasal drops. None of this was done with an acetylated, Ala-Gly-extended analogue, so whether Adamax behaves like Semax in any assay is untested.
Adamax vs Semax: which to order
Semax is the defined molecule: seven residues, Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, 813.9 Da, PubChem CID 9811102, registered in Russia as a medicine, unlicensed in the UK. Adamax is a vendor construct: the same seven residues with an N-terminal acetyl cap and a C-terminal Ala-Gly, nine residues, a calculated 984.1 Da as the free acid or 983.1 Da as the amide, with no registry entry to check against.
That makes the lab report the only identity evidence. Once published on this page it will show the mass found; expect 984.1 or 983.1, and read a report quoting 1,032.2 as a different structure.
