FAQ

BPC-157 + TB-500 UK: common questions

What's the BPC-157 + TB-500 price?
5+5mg £29.99, 10+10mg £54.99. Packs of the 5+5mg: two £53.98, three £71.98, five £104.97, 10%, 20% and 30% off.
Is this blend a 1:1 mix of BPC-157 and TB-500?
By mass, yes: 5mg of each. By moles, no. BPC-157 is 1,419.5 Da (PubChem CID 9941957), far lighter than thymosin beta-4 (CID 16132341), so the vial holds more BPC-157 molecules.
How fast is delivery?
Same day, from Manchester, whenever you order. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery. Free over £40, otherwise £3.99.
What else do I need with BPC-157 + TB-500?
Bacteriostatic water, to dissolve the freeze-dried powder. We stock it, and you can add it from the Storage section above.
How should I store BPC-157 + TB-500?
Sealed vial: -20°C, away from light. Once reconstituted: 2-8°C, use within 28 days, and don't refreeze.
Can I buy BPC-157 + TB-500 in the UK?
Yes, for laboratory research. Neither BPC-157 nor TB-500 is a controlled drug in the UK, and neither has a UK licence as a medicine, so the blend is sold for research use only, not for human use. You must be 18 or over.
Research Compound

About the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend

BPC-157 + TB-500 is two peptides freeze-dried together in one vial, equal mass of each. BPC-157 is the 15-residue fragment Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val of human gastric Body Protection Compound, first described by Sikiric's group in Zagreb. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4, a 43-residue protein found in most human cells. We sell it as co-lyophilised powder in 5+5mg and 10+10mg vials, for laboratory research only.

In depth

BPC-157 + TB-500 in the research literature

The published work examines the two peptides separately; none of the references on this page studies the pair as a blend. BPC-157 is the 15-residue fragment of gastric Body Protection Compound first described by Sikiric's group in Zagreb. Seiwerth and colleagues (2018) reviewed it against standard angiogenic growth factors across tendon, ligament, muscle, bone and gastrointestinal models, with nitric oxide signalling the recurring theme. That review is by the group that first described the peptide, so it is not an independent assessment.

Thymosin beta-4 has a longer record. Goldstein and colleagues (2005) reviewed its primary role as a G-actin sequestering protein and the repair work that followed; RegeneRx ran US clinical trials without approval anywhere. TB-500 is a product name rather than a defined molecule: Esposito and colleagues (2012) synthesised the N-acetylated 17-23 fragment, Ac-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln, after identifying it in a TB-500 product sent for doping analysis. WADA lists BPC-157 under S0 and thymosin beta-4 derivatives under S2.3.

BPC-157 + TB-500 blend vs the two single vials: which to order

The blend is both peptides co-lyophilised in one vial at equal mass, 5+5mg or 10+10mg. Equal mass is not equal moles: BPC-157 at 1,419.5 Da gives about 3.5 micromol per 5mg, where 5mg of full-length thymosin beta-4 at 4,963 Da is about 1.0 micromol. Once dissolved the two cannot be separated, so the blend suits a fixed pairing and the singles suit work needing each peptide alone or another ratio.

The lab report, once published on this page, will show two components: BPC-157 at 1,419.5, and a TB-500 peak whose mass tells you whether the material is the 43-residue protein or the 889.0 Da Ac-LKKTETQ fragment. For a first bpc-157 tb-500 UK order start on the 5+5mg; packs of two, three or five take 10, 20 or 30 percent off, same-day dispatch from Manchester, free UK delivery over £40.

Stocked in the UK and dispatched from Manchester the same day you order. The lab report for this lot will be published on this page.
