About CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
CJC-1295 is supplied here in its DAC-free form — CJC-1295 without DAC, also written Modified GRF (1-29): residues 1 to 29 of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone, C-terminally amidated, carrying four stabilising substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) of which the D-alanine at position 2 makes the peptide a non-substrate for DPP-4 and takes clearance from the minutes of native GHRH to roughly thirty. 3367.9 Da, CAS 863288-34-0. It is not the DAC form: that molecule is 3647.2 Da, carries a linker binding covalently to albumin at cysteine-34, acts over days, and is not stocked here. Ipamorelin is a 711.9 Da pentapeptide and a selective agonist at GHS-R1a, the ghrelin receptor — reported by Raun and colleagues in 1998 to release GH without the prolactin, ACTH and cortisol increases seen with earlier secretagogues such as GHRP-6. The two peptides act at separate receptors, and both are short-acting, so the pair is studied as one coordinated brief stimulus. That is a design rationale rather than a demonstrated result: no factorial study measuring each peptide alone and together has established synergy for this combination. Each vial contains 5mg CJC-1295 without DAC and 5mg Ipamorelin, co-lyophilised, with identity confirmed separately for each component and blend purity reported against a ≥98% specification on a signed batch Certificate of Analysis.
