The BPC-157 and TB-500 literatures are usually read together, but they are two distinct compounds. BPC-157 is the 15-residue pentadecapeptide described above; TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a 43-residue actin-sequestering peptide, with its own sequence, its own proposed mechanism and its own separate literature — "BPC 157 TB 500" is not a single agent.
